1. 14-day initial cooling-off period
Consumers purchasing a first-time subscription have a 14-day cooling-off period, in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. Commercial customers
For business customers on a paid subscription:
- We offer a pro-rata refund within the first 14 days of each new subscription, provided you have used less than 10% of that period’s credits.
- After the first 14 days of a subscription period, subscription fees are non-refundable, but you may cancel renewal at any time from the Stripe portal.
- Top-up credit packs are non-refundable once any credit from that pack has been used.
3. Service-level failures
If we are unable to provide the Service for more than 48 consecutive hours due to an incident on our side, we will extend your current subscription by the length of the outage or, at your choice, issue a pro-rata refund.
4. How to request a refund
Email support@scottbargains.com with your account email and the invoice number. We respond within 2 working days and complete approved refunds within 5 working days via the original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank — we would much rather resolve an issue directly.
